A Simple Morning Habit to Have a Positive Day

I'm so excited to offer another video today! :)

If you struggle with your mindset and finding the perspective you need to stay out of worry, doubt, and fear when life feels tough, then giving yourself a few seconds in the morning to experiment with a new habit may help.

Having a morning ritual where you consciously choose to set the tone for your day is one of the ways you can practically practice hope and start to change your subtle expectations for the day.

In this video, I talk about the meaning and significance of starting the day with this simple habit of consciousness for our well-being, and I invite you to consider whether you may want to try on a new habit of practicing positivity in this way.

I also share some resources from both a spiritual perspective as well as a scientific evidence-based perspective.

Enjoy and until next time!
